Every new student gets 3 free trial classes before paying. No credit card is required, so you can judge the teacher and the plan before you decide.
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your payment and we will refund that payment in full.
After the 7-day period, monthly fees are not refundable, but you can stop at the end of any month. There is no long-term contract.
If we are unable to provide your scheduled classes, we will reschedule them or refund the unused classes.
If you need a break (travel, exams, Ramadan), tell us in advance and we can pause or reschedule your classes.
Email info@quranexperts.com or message us on WhatsApp with the student name and payment date. Refunds are sent back to the original payment method (PayPal or bank account), usually within 5–10 business days. Payment provider fees may not be refundable.
